WHY JON
Jon spent more than two decades in education before taking his message to stages across Canada. He understands the pressures educators carry, the realities students face, and what it takes to earn a young person’s attention and trust.
In 2020. Jon started posting inspirational videos online because his own students kept telling him he should. Those same messages eventually grew into an audience of more than 1.2 million followers on TikTok, showing that the way he connects with students in the classroom can reach far beyond it.
As his speaking career grew, Jon went back into a high-needs classroom to make sure the ideas he shared on stage still worked in the real world. In just five weeks, the class saw a 30% increase in overall grades, hundreds of documented student-led positive actions, and parents reporting increased confidence in their children.
